Shipping is provided through the UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. Orders received before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday. Expedited shipping is also available.

After the receiving of your order, we need some time to test the product in order to ensure its quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Average processing time is 1.5 working days; However, it varies from the item's stock status. As for the small quantity, the processing time is 1-3 days while as for the large quantity, it will be about 2-10 days.

All orders are shipped via Postal Service, First Class for domestic orders, and International Airmail for international orders.

If you are not satisfied with our product due to its not-working, or the item is damaged on the way of shipping, you can send them back to us for refund within 10 days after you receive it. We are sorry for that any shipping fees are not refundable. We only refund you the item price, excluding shipping fee charged from your account. Currently we do not charge any restocking fee if the product is returned within 10 days after you receive it.
